How we solve issues
WGO request the login information of the old webhosting to check the status. Customer pay 2 subscriptions such as domain and webmail. They pay 597kr for both service. That sounds expensive, right?
WGO suggest customer to register webspace to the new webhosting and it’s cost 120kr. for the first year and 480kr for the year after. It’s included webspace, webmail, HTTS protection. Ummm, That sounds better.
First Step
Check domain status
WGO find out that Mindari pay 597kr for Webmail and domain and if they want to continue with the old hosting then they need to pay 500+ extra. Mindair agree that they want to register webspace to the another hosting.
Second Step
Register Web space
The process has continued in the same they after Mindari made the decition. WGO inform Mindari for the next step that we need to tranfer the domain to point DNS to the new hosting.
Third Step
Transfer Domain and Webmail
In this process WGO what the Auth-ID form the old Webhosting. WGO inform Mindari that after transfer domain the old webmail doesn’t work any more then WGO create email account @mindari.se .
